If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all included accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation) is required.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Damaged items due to misuse or accidents not related to product quality


3. How to Start a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return (optional, helps us improve)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

Please note:

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We’ll replace or refund your purchase at no additional cost.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 20 business days of approval:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
